Abstract By drastically reducing fossil fuel resources , environmental pollution resulting from fuel combustion and increase global prices, production of alternative fuels such as biodiesel more than ever have been considered. Among the various sources of biodiesel production, microalgae due to lack of interaction with other areas that are most important area of food and there is high potential for lipid production can be a good option for biodiesel production. By microalgae biodiesel production, including planting, harvesting, extraction of lipids and lipid transesterification. Although all of these steps are important, but it is important to break down the cells; as the amount of lipid extracted by the method used in different cell disruption. Therefore, the use of appropriate methods and procedures for the destruction of the cells was a key step is to increase the efficiency of lipid extraction. In this study, for testing of algae Nanocoloropsis and for destroying the cell wall of pectinase with three levels of 3%, 6%, 9% and was used as a control sample. Then by methanol-chloroform extraction of lipids and lipid content of the four examples were extracted from each were compared .The results showed that pectinase is effective in destroying the cell wall microalgae. If the extraction of lipids from microalgae Nannochloropsis without the use of enzymes and just be done with vehicle (control) is a small amount of lipid extraction. Rate of extraction of lipids from microalgae using pectinase at a rate of 3%, 6, 9% dramatically increased compared to the control sample. An enzyme extracted from the microalgae lipid content in the samples was 3% and 6% compared to the significant difference And lipid levels in extractive fermentation in the sample was 6% higher The extraction of lipids from microalgae Nannochloropsis using pectinase by 6% and 9%, compared to no significant difference. So it is better to reduce costs Examples of enzymes 6% to be used. The best option of the stud
