Abstract In this study, firstly, the 13X zeolite adsorbent was synthesized and characterized as the studied adsorbent. Then The purpose of forming 13X zeolite powder is to use and test different binders on zeolite. Compressive strength was measured on each specimen. XRD and BET analysis on samples produced in Laboratory performed and then, from each sample of adsorbent in carbon dioxide-nitrogen separation system Adsorption is used. To this end, carbon dioxide and pure gas adsorption experiments Nitrogen was applied to the adsorbents at 909 K and in the range of 0-8.1 bar by volumetric method. The isothermal graphs are plotted. The results of compressive strength test showed that by increasing the calcined temperature and The amount of binder volume increases, the strength of the formed zeolites increases and to some extent It reduces the adsorption capacity.
