Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the interaction effects of using different levels of Lactobacillus and biofluck probiotics on quantitative and qualitative indices of Litopenaeus vannamei larvae on 750 young shrimp with sizes of 0.09 to 0.16 g in 15 The tank was carried out in the laboratory of the Aquatic Research Station of the Persian Gulf University for 42 days. All physical and chemical indicators of water were recorded regularly during the whole breeding period. Due to the high sensitivity of shrimp larvae, the amount of dissolved oxygen in water was kept at saturation. During the experiment, water temperature was maintained between 28 and 29 ° C. In this study, 5 treatments and each treatment with 3 replications in the form of factorial design investigated the interactions of bioflow (200 and 300 mg / l) and probiotics (105 105 105 and 105 cfu / gr) on the quality and quantity of Vanami shrimp larvae. Feeding was done at 8, 12, 18 and 20 hours, at the beginning of the experiment at 9% and at the end of the period up to 5% of the total weight of shrimp. At the end of the shrimp farming period, body weight gain indices, length, specific growth rate, survival percentage, carcass ash percentage, carcass protein percentage, carcass moisture percentage, dry carcass percentage, condition coefficient and LCI indices on days 14 , 28 and 42 were examined. Based on the results obtained from fitting the data recorded in this study, the highest amount of body weight gain index (2.19) was recorded in treatment D and showed a significant difference compared to the control treatment, so that in The level was much higher than this treatment (P <0.05). The highest values of length indices, specific growth coefficient, survival percentage, carcass protein and status coefficient were also (74.04), (7.23), (98%), (96.5%), (6.61), respectively. ), The value was observed in treatment D. In the studies related to the index (LCI), the highest value (1.85) was recorded in trea
