چکیده

Attention to the development of career commitment among employees must be noted as Organizational development factors,And identifying and fixing the factors influencing commitment to the ideals of the organization can be cited in large scale and organizational development And identifying and fixing the factors influencing commitment to the ideals of a large-scale organization and jobs as the main cause Even if the range is designed and seemingly inaccessible.This study examined the impact of EI on career commitment from employees. The population of this study, the mining industry and trade city of Bushehr,which is the number 140.A sample of 103 patients was calculated according to Morgan. The nature of the research project is to collect data from the questionnaires. The nature of the research project is to collect data from the questionnaires were. data analysis software SPSS using multiple regression was performed. The results showed a positive and significant effect of emotional intelligence (self-awareness,spontaneity,self-regulation,social skills and empathy) on career commitment. In other words, a high level of emotional intelligence may result in higher career commitment.
