چکیده

Leadership is a universal title, and despite the abundance of writings about leadership, researchers are still calling on people to make a serious effort to understand it. The leader of an organization must be able to create the realms of the organization's goals. Leaders use the spirituality of the organization to provide the necessary incentives for employees to try to achieve their goals. Spiritual leaders guide the activities of the staff by identifying the appropriate goals and creating the ground for its realization. Organizational commitment is an important occupational and organizational perspective that has been of interest to many researchers over the past years. Considering the importance of spiritual leadership and organizational commitment, the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of spiritual leadership on organizational commitment. The method used in this research is descriptive of the type of review. To this end, a large number of previous studies have been conducted in this field and definitions and important dimensions have been identified. Findings show that spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on post-war commitment.
