چکیده

The growing complexity of organizations and businesses, as well as increasing immoral, unfair and irresponsible work in the workplace, has focused on managers' attention to ethical intelligence that can be the boundary between altruism and self-esteem. Managers of the business with respect to ethical intelligence and attention to its dimensions can turn their businesses into entrepreneurial businesses and achieve success more than ever. Attention to ethical intelligence is a heavenly idea that inspires the behavior of individuals and is referred to in the heavenly books, including the Holy Qur'an. The study also examines the research work done on three main dimensions of ethical intelligence: integrity, accountability and compassion, their impact on entrepreneurial businesses. The findings of this research showed that ethical intelligence and its dimensions affect the entrepreneurial businesses and make organizations and businesses do their best to ensure their success.
