چکیده

One of the major issues that organizations face today is to create a groundwork for employees in an organization where ethical issues govern their work well. Organizational culture is an important tool for the growth and development of organizations. Therefore, an ethical culture based on ethical issues is very valuable and provides an appropriate context for increasing organizational effectiveness. In this research, the definition of ethical morality in Islam is defined as professional ethics. Culture and the introduction of various organizational culture models and eventually introducing the full model of Robbins organizational culture. The Robbins model model includes a reward system for supervising the management of individual moral management, organizational ownership of leadership style, and compromise with the conflict phenomenon. Finally, according to the review of the research What has happened in this area It turns out that organizational culture affects ethics and business.
