چکیده

Objectives: Organizational change is a challenge facing any organization, in order to be organizational change in the right direction, It is necessary that such changes are planned and organized to achieve the goals and vision of the organization. the purpose of this study was to identify factors or components that are involved in the management and managing the organizational change process and as key factors in organizational change management are introduced. in this study, the effects of these factors on organizational performance in country 5th region universities has shown. Methodology: This study is intended to affect the key factors of change management on organizational performance country 5th region universities given the changes that have occurred in the past four years at the University of has Shown. therefore, the application of this research in terms of data collection, descriptive - survey. The sample were consisted of 74 country 5th region universities that required data were collected through a questionnaire and to process and analyze the data and test the hypothesis of structural equation modeling was used to SmartPLS software. Findings: After reading the research literature on factors such as management, organizational culture, organizational structure, human resources, external environmental factors and the strategies and policies were identified as key factors of organizational change management, that PLS analysis results show that each of these factors has a positive impact on organizational performance universities, results coefficient of determination shows that 86.2 percent behavior and organizational performance country 5th region universities are determined by Key Factors of Organizational Change Management.
