چکیده

The purpose of this study was to evaluate in vitro the effects of synbiotic Fructooligosaccharide with Pediococcus acidilactici and Lactococcus lactis on growth performance and digestive enzyme activity in Rutilus kutum larva. 1600 Rutilus kutum larva with an average initial weight of 0.75±0.02 gr distributed into four treatments with three replicates and were fed with four diets including a control diet (without Fos and probiotic), F1L2P1 (containing 0.5% SOF and 1010 cfu/g Lactococcus lactis and 107 cfu/g Pediococcus acidilactici), F1L2P2 (containing 0.5% Fos and 1010 cfu/g Lactococcus lactis and 1010 cfu/g Pediococcus acidilactici), F1L1P2 (containing 0.5% SOF and 107 cfu/g Lactococcus lactis and 1010 cfu/g Pediococcus acidilactici) for 6 weeks. At the end of the experiment, the average final weight, percent, weight gain and PER of fish fed diets containing synbiotic were significantly higher compared to the control treatment (p<0.05). However, there was significant difference compared to the group fed with synbiotic (p>0.05). The best growth performance in terms of weight gain (with 1.68±0.05), percent weight gain (with 124) and protein efficiency ratio (with 1.34) were seen with F1L2P1. The activity levels of the digestive enzymes of fish fed diets containing synbiotic were significantly higher compared to the control treatment (p<0.05). The highest activity levels of the digestive enzyme chymotrypsin (8.5300±0.14 u/mg protein) were obtained with F1L2P1. The results of this study showed that dietary synbiotic had significant impact on growth performance and digestive enzyme activity in Rutilus kutum larva.
