چکیده

Contex: Today, organization face with some issue such as the unpredictable changes, special orders and customer preferences, perfect quality, high service level forward, waiting for the service or product delivery in the shortest time. Therefore, organizations for survive and retain his position must keep pace with the changes and demands and be agile. Hence this study deal with organizational agility in the cement industry that is the most abundant industries in Iran. Purpose : The purpose of this paper, first, Identify factors affecting the enterprise agility, seccond, ranking these factors. methodology: This research was a applied research and for collecting data use field method. In order to extract the factors affecting the agility, first, by studing theoretical literature, these factors were obtained. Then, by Using a team of experts in QFD, factors that were related to cement industry were chosen and conceptual model study by benchmarking of previous models, werw obtained. Finally, by using QFD technique ranking of the factors was made. Finding: The findings suggest that the integrated information system with 140.43 points has earned the most points and is placed in the first degree of importance. Integrated management system with 133.62 points is placed in second degree of importance. Supply chain management with 115.46 points has gained the third place. Management cost with 109.71 points is in fourth place and knowledge management with 105.33 points has gained the lowest score and is in the fifth place. Conclusion: As results of this survey shows that Dashtestan Cement companies for achieving agility must be able to reinforce information systems to improve inside and outside communication. Then attempt to promote an integrated management system and Conduct periodic assessments and provide the necessary learning about quality management system, environmental management and health and safety management.
