چکیده

Background: Review and assessment of organizational culture acts as a means to gather information and enables managers to identify an organization's culture to a comparison between the existing and desired condition , and improve the gap between the this two. Aim: The ultimate goal of this research was "the organizational culture at the Mehr-e-Eghtesad Bank of bushehr province based on Denison model. This modle corporate culture based on four dimensions, adaptability, consistency, mission, engaging in work evaluated serve that any of these dimensions consist of three index. Methodology: For reaching to the purposes of research, Denison questionnaire prepared that distributed after the validity (by teachers) and reliability (?=0.88) between employees and managers. finally after collecting and analyzing data, image culture Mehr-e-Eghtesad Bank is drawn Denison organizational model that is supposed to represent the culture of the bank. The population in this study consisted of all employees and branch managers and overseeing of Mehr-e-Eghtesad Bank of bushehr province which there are 147 people. 100 questionnaires were completed and collected and analyzed with using SPSS statistical software, for data analysis,were used descriptive statistics such as frequency and percentage graph - table and inferential statistics kolomogorf- Smironof test, t test and regression analysis. Conclusions: Totally the results showed that total score of organizational culture in a state average (3.15) and for the demenision of four points, earn adaptability (3.5), mission (3.4), adaptation (2.9) and participatory (2.8) in twelwe index. the highest rating belong to customer oriented (4.5) and the lowest score belonged to develop capabilities and core values (2.5). Inder explain the findings we can say that associable is advantage of Mehr-e-Eghtesad Bank and as for the lowest scores on the indicators organizational culture, proposed the managers of Mehr-e-Eghtesad Bank more effort in to enabl
