چکیده

The aim of this research is Investigation The effect of political skills and emotional intelligence of managers on perceptions of organizational support. Populations of this research have formed from official and contractors employees at Bushehr gas companies. The sample size was estimated 114 people. Data from the questionnaires were analyzed by Amos Graphics. The results of the analysis showed that between leader political skills and perceptions of organizational support is positive and significant correlation; but the positive correlation between leader emotional intelligence and perceptions of organizational support wasn’t approved. Other results showed that there is no significant relationship between perceptions of organizational support and organizational reward. But there is a significant correlation between perceptions of organizational support and supervisor support, perceptions of organizational support and understanding of justice and perceptions of organizational support and job status was approved.
