چکیده

The present study investigates the effect of quality of intelligent transportation systems services on the satisfaction of road transport drivers in Bushehr Province. This research is a type of purpose, is a part of applied research and in terms of research method is descriptive survey. The statistical population of this study is all professional drivers of road transportation section of Bushehr province. In one year, intelligent transportation systems services, such as online billing and status reports, smart cards, moving weighing systems and systems The control population has been used. The population studied is 720,900 people, and the sampling method is clustered and available. The sample size was 384 by using the formula. In the present study, library studies and virtual spaces were used to study the articles, researches and ... with the aim of introducing scientific concepts and research records, as well as the field method, using the SERVQUAL standard questionnaire for aggregation. To measure the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used with SPSS software. Since the Cronbach's alpha coefficient for each section of the questionnaire and all data is more than acceptable (a = 7), the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed. Also, for the validity of the questionnaire, the opinions of experts in this field and the guidelines of the respected professor Dr. Arman were used. In order to analyze the research, the collected data were entered into the SPSS software, hypothesis testing and the conceptual model of the research. First factor analysis, correlation test, Pearson correlation coefficient and Friedman test were used. The results of the research indicate that the quality of service of intelligent transportation systems is effective on the satisfaction of motorists in Bushehr province based on the SERVQUAL model.
