چکیده

In today's competitive environments, having a competent and efficient workforce is one of the most important factors in the success of organizations. In order to survive in such an environment, organizations need to pay close attention to human resources issues, and in particular personnel selection. There are several different approaches to selecting the best people. By using fuzzy electro method, which is one of the multi criteria decision making techniques, weights and ranks are determined using verbal variables and simultaneously quantitative and qualitative criteria are considered. Finally, using an illustrative example, the proposed approach is shown and the results are compared with those obtained by TOPSIS.
