چکیده

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of Carum copticum on growth indices, intestinal tissue structure, intestinal bacterial population, some blood parameters as well as the number of fillet bacteria in fish of Acanthopagrus latus. A total of 150 fishes of Yellowfin Balance with a weighted average (12.69 ± 0.25 g) were randomly divided into 5 groups (control) (negative control: fish fed without essential oil and positive control: fish fed without essential oil And containing Dmso) and three experimental groups (each group with three replicates). The essential oils were added to the diet at 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.4% levels. Fish stored in fiberglass baths were fed manually for 40 days with experimental diets. The results showed that there was no significant difference between different groups in terms of growth parameters except for 0.4% treatment of Ammi essential oils compared to control groups (p >0.05). Histologically, there was a significant difference between different treatments fed with essential oils and control groups (p <0.01). In terms of Willey length parameters, Wiley width, enterocyte length and muscle layer thickness, fed diet The diet containing 0.4% Ammi essential oil showed the lowest, and the treatment was supplemented with diet containing 0.2% essential oil Was in the best position. In terms of Intestinal microbiota, there was a significant decrease in the total bacterial count of the intestinal compared to the control group (p <0.01). But, there was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental groups in terms of the number of lactobacillus bacteria (p >0.05). The results of the differential counting of white blood cells showed no significant difference between the positive and negative control and other treatments (p >0.05). Microbial load of fillets of Acanthopagrus latus was also investigated during days 0, 5, 10 and 15, the highest number of bacteria, cold bacteria and coliform bacteria in the control group an
