چکیده

In this work, the importance of modification of zeolite with amine groups in adsorption process was studied. This research has investigated the synthesis of zeolite 13X and modification with EDA by different concentrations for the reason of CO2 and N2 seperation. These results were characterized with XRD and FTIR analysis then they were investigated adsorption isotherm and compared with sips model and ideal adsorb solution theory. These results showed that the surface area of the zeolite was decreased by adding amine solution because the pores of the zeolite structure were blocked by molecules of amines.The effect of amines concentration was independent on surface area and adsorption capacity but the temperature of regeneration in low concentration of amine was an effective parmeter.
