In recent years various studies have been carried out about psychology and feminism.one of the basics of these researches was objection to traditional opinions and ideas. Because in ancient Texts wrong ideas and sometimes misogyny aren’t a little. But this fact shouldn’t cause that we ignore the ideas about previous generations’ experience reflected in proverbs. In this article it had been assumed that there are different proverbs in language and literature that despite of all changes can be useful and efficient. Investigation and categorizing the woman-centered proverbs in Persian language with a focus on the role of wife show that it’s possible to have two major divisions among them. Some of the are inherent proverbs and take some traits as women’s inherence that may be unacceptable and unreasonable today and some of those include the proverbs about family life from the beginning of marriage to common life and even separation and divorce. The general survey about these two proverbs describing the woman at home and in family even now have acceptability and often psychological knowledge confirms their correctness.
