Abstract

Background: This research is survey-applied and based on structural equation modeling methods. Aim: The purpose of this research is to determine the role of psychological capital and collective efficacy in teachers' job enthusiasm: the mediating role of emotional regulation. Methodology: The population studied in this research was all the primary school teachers of Firozabad city, consisting of 285 people, and using Cochran's formula, 298 people were selected as a sample by simple random method. Data analysis was done at two levels of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics and started using SPSS software. In the next step, SMART PLS software was used to model structural equations. Using the homogeneity test, the factor loadings of the research items were estimated in the form of standard coefficients, and the items whose factor loading was less than 4.7 were removed from the analysis process. Findings: The results indicated that the model of psychological capital and collective efficacy in teachers' job enthusiasm with the mediating role of emotional regulation fits the data. Also, with 959 certainty, psychological capital and collective efficiency are effective in teachers' job enthusiasm. In other objectives of the research, the effect of the mediating role of emotional regulation between psychological capital and teachers' job enthusiasm was investigated, and with 959 confidence, the results indicated that psychological capital and collective efficacy in teachers' job enthusiasm with the mediating role of emotional regulation are effective. Conclusion: All the variables of psychological capital, collective efficiency, job enthusiasm and emotional regulation are important and effective characteristics for teachers in school. Collective systems have a sense of collective efficacy and a shared group belief about the group's abilities to achieve goals and perform desired tasks.
