In this paper, we present results on a weighted fractional entropy. Our results include linear transformation, bounds, stochastic ordering, and some relationships with other reliability concepts. We also define the conditional weighted fractional entropy. Finally, we study on the empirical measure of this concept in evaluation of MRI scans for brain cancer.
