Introduction

Dr Sara Zare Karizak from 2002, entered to her favorite field of physical education in Vocational school and got a physical education diploma, then she completed her associate's, bachelor's, master's, and PhD degrees with high grades in the national entrance exam. Dr. Zare Karizak currently holds the titles of swimming coach Grade 2, hydrotherapy coach Grade 3, physical fitness and bodybuilding Grade 3.she has received national recognition for her accomplishments in scientific and physical fitness. From 2009 to 2019, Dr. Zare Karizak has consistently engaged in teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses at various prestigious universities throughout Tehran, including Kharazmi, Shahid Rajaee, Farhangian،Technical and Vocational University and….. In 2019, she came to Persian Gulf University, where she was accepted as a faculty member in 2020. She currently serves in this esteemed university with great honor.
