چکیده

Leadership In fact, the process is influencing other people to realize the common goal, and in fact the effectiveness of leadership depends on the situation, different leadership styles are used under different circumstances. Leadership is a reciprocal process in which not only influences the leader of other people but is also influenced by other people. Soft leadership is a guiding leadership through soft and popular skills that combines soft skills, hard skills, and leadership. The emphasis on soft leadership is on the value of human resources that manages the emotions and feelings of the employees successfully and focuses on personality, attitude and behavior, and gives people a sense of importance. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the development of theoretical literature on soft leadership skills. In addition, this research seeks to explain the importance of soft leadership skills because soft leadership skills can be essential in creating interpersonal relationships for managers and leaders in the present era. Therefore, in this research, soft leadership, defining the concept of soft leadership and soft skills from the perspective of different researchers and the classifications in this field are explained.
