Abstract

Background: One of the development trends in mass customization is mass customization of services. Many logistics companies decide to build logistics supply chains through connectivity and integration. Therefore, logistics service companies need a scientific approach and attitude to enter orders to guide their operations, and that every logistics service integrator needs to achieve the effect of new order entry behavior on CODP and useful management criteria. Aim: The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal position of CODP by considering the new order schedule, capacity and time constraints in the logistics service supply chain of SPSZ. Methodology: Due to the fact that the method of collecting information and data is based on articles and books, so the data collection tools are libraries, research centers and scientific sites. In case of presenting a real case study, the general space of that collection as well as the information of that research center are among the ways of gathering information. Conclusions: The NSGA II algorithm works very close to the Epsilon constraint method. Therefore, the meta-heuristic algorithm used in this research is close to the exact solution and therefore can be a good tool to solve this problem when the exact solution is not efficient. Therefore, due to the proper performance of the NSGA II algorithm, this algorithm is used to solve large-scale problems.
