Two dimensional Permalloy circular –ellipsoidal nanodots array were investigated by using object oriented micromagnetic framework (OOMMF) code. The effect of shape anisotropy and dipolar coupling were studied by simulating hysteresis loop of magnetic members. The dipolar coupling effect on vortex propagation as well as reflected and diffracted magnetic loop from both ellipsoidal and circular islands were also investigated.
