چکیده

This study explores the impact of integrating green variables on enhancing Human Resource Capabilities (HRCs) to promote organizational sustainability. Using the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method, the causal relationships among ten HRC factors were analyzed based on expert evaluations. A system dynamics model was then created to simulate the influence of green variables on these interconnected factors. The results indicate that green variables strengthen feedback loops that significantly improve HRCs. Besides contributing to long-term sustainability performance, these systemic enhancements demonstrate the transformative potential of incorporating green elements into HRCs, turning traditional competencies into dynamic drivers of organizational and environmental resilience. These findings provide policymakers and managers with practical insights on aligning human resource strategies with sustainability objectives. The integrated approach also provides a replicable and scalable framework for other industrial contexts aiming to develop adaptive, resilient, and future-ready workforces capable of responding to emerging sustainability challenges and changing organizational environments.
