Abstract

Background: management is an important issue in the supply chain. So that in order to improve the performance of supply chains and stay in the world of competition and leave behind rivals and competitors, the need to use performance appraisal is a major issue in new methods in the field of performance appraisal. Supply chain management, like any system and management approach to performance measurement system to identify success, determine the extent to which customer needs are met, assist the organization in understanding processes, discover knowledge that organizations have not been aware of before, and ultimately achieve program improvements. Needs miniature. Performance measurement has had a significant impact on the survival and growth of organizations; Over the past two decades, it has attracted the attention of many researchers and organizations. Aim: The initial purpose of this study is to find appropriate indicators to evaluate the performance in Bank Melli. Then, using refined indicators, the supply chain efficiency of Bank Melli Iran in Bushehr was measured under a multi-stage process with the help of data envelopment analysis. Methodology: In the proposed approach, in order to determine the most important indicators of bank evaluation, interviews with experts in the field of banking and library studies have been used. Then, using the two-stage envelopment analysis method, the performance of Bank Melli branches in Bushehr has been evaluated. Conclusions: The indicators identified through library study and the opinion of banking experts are: branch capital, branch area, number of employees and operating costs were used as input indicators in the first stage of evaluation. Also, two indicators of the amount of deposit with the bank and the number of accounts were considered as intermediary indicators (first stage output and second stage input).
