Background: This research has been done in the areas of soft structuring to the challenges of implementing sustainable intelligent production technology in the Bandar Imam petrochemical industry.
Aim: Creating a suitable structure to the challenges of implementing sustainable intelligent production technology in Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company.
Methodology: The method of this research is developmental-applied in terms of its purpose, its nature is exploratory, in terms of the research method, it is a survey-analytical study, and in terms of time, it is a cross-sectional study. Also, this research is quantitative in terms of data type. The target statistical population of this study consisted of experts and specialists of Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company, and 12 people of them were selected as the research sample by purposeful sampling. In order to collect data, a pairwise comparison questionnaire was used. In this study, data analysis was performed using Excel software and fuzzy DEMATEL multi- criteria decision making technique.
Finding: The results of the research showed that Economic sustainability indicators (Ec) have a greater influence on the implementation of sustainable intelligent production technology in Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company. Social sustainability indicators (So) and Environmental sustainability indicators (En) also had the greatest impact on the implementation of sustainable intelligent production technology in Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company.
Conclusion : The challenge of sustainable intelligent production with the view of economic sustainability is the most fundamental challenge for sustainable intelligent production in Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company .
