The preparation of urban plans always requires indicators that show in what coordinates it is placed in relation to the plan's perspective at any moment; Because planning is a process that does not end with the preparation of the plan; Rather, it continues through evaluation, actions, and re-decisions. Therefore, in this research, the feasibility of the proposed public uses of the Bushehr urban development plan is evaluated first at the city scale and then at the level of the 6th district of Bushehr. The current research is descriptive-analytical and the method of collecting information was library studies and field investigations. In the library studies, the information of the revision of the detailed plan of Bushehr city (approved in 2013) and the preliminary studies of the revision of the comprehensive plan of Bushehr city (2013) were used, and in the field studies, the scoring tool for the effective components in the realization of the proposed public uses of the Bushehr development plan was a questionnaire that It has been completed by 30 native professors of the city planning department and senior urban managers of Bushehr. In order to weight the effective components in realizing the proposed public uses of the Bushehr urban development plan, the BWM method presented by Rezaei in 2016 was used, and Lingo software was used to solve the calculations. The findings of the current research indicate that most of the suggestions of Bushehr's urban development plan in the form of public uses have not been fully realized, and public uses have not been distributed in a balanced manner among the areas of Bushehr city. Among the criteria and components affecting the realization of public uses in Bushehr city, the criteria of land ownership (military, endowment, private, etc.) have had the greatest impact on the non-realization of proposed public uses in Bushehr city and district 6.
