چکیده

Background: Comprehensive performance measurement in all organizations and in the shortest time possible have been always one of the main concerns of stakeholders and managers. In this regard, organizations use different approaches that Information Systems have the special role and position in Utilization of them. But the issue of abundance information is what the different organizations managers had forced to find an approach and solution that can combine different concepts together and provide them in most useful way than could be possible. This research attempt to design a multi-layer measurement framework of the overall performance of the organization, and integrate it in a dashboard in a way that management and corporate decision makers be able to measuring and monitor continually the performance of the organization. This study introduces a new tool called "management dashboard" which can help organizational managers in the performance appraisal process more efficient. Aim: Ultimate aim of this research is that study the concept of dashboard applied in Bushehr Gas Company and provide its underlying implementation through the perspective of top management and middle managers. Methodology: The kind of this research is applied – developmental research, and the research method is a descriptive and survey research. The statistical population of the research is specifically managers and supervisors of Bushehr Gas Company and its sampling is census. Also the Balanced Scorecard technique is used to provide category appropriate to the aim of research for performance indicators, the nominal group technique for refinement and development of indicators, and finally use the MCDM, SWARA method in order to weighting and ranking of the final indicators. Conclusions: Identifying the key and crucial organization indicators for each organizational units of Bushehr Gas Company is the first and the most important outcome of this research that is introduced as input to the managemen
