Abstract

Background and Aim: Becoming a University of Entrepreneurship is the fundamental slogan and vision of the Persian Gulf University. Persian Gulf University Strategic Document cites this as the future face of the university. In other words, Persian Gulf University has targeted itself as a third-generation university. Based on such a long-term plan, the need for research to examine the status of the university in the two areas of university human resources generation and the current position of the university in the field of university generation is felt to be essential, and this need shapes this thesis. Also, given the university's intention to become an entrepreneurial university, it can be said that this will not be achieved without human resources. The degree of consistency between staff mentality (components of each generation of staff) with targeted university adoption is a subject that requires academic study and is required for such research to be conducted at the Persian Gulf University. Methodology: The purpose of this study is to conduct descriptive-correlational research in applied research. Conclusions: The study found that professors at the University of the Persian Gulf considered a second-generation university to have a great deal of effort to reach a third-generation university or entrepreneur. In the current situation, the majority of the second and third-generation Gulf University staff will also have a significant population in the future.
