Samad Behrangi and Houshang Moradi Kermani are two famous figures in Iranian fiction, especially children's and young adult literature, and more than anything else, this is a good reason to put their lives and works side by side and compare them. The purpose of analyzing this issue was to examine the living and educational conditions of these two authors in order to examine the impact of this issue on their stories and to shape the thought and technique reflected in their works. Therefore, the lives of Behrangi and Moradi Kermani have been studied in a comparative manner using an analytical and descriptive method and relying on library sources. Also, the works of these two authors have been examined in the manner of literary criticism from the perspective of the quality of internal elements. The results of this research are: The storytelling techniques of these two authors are pre-modern storytelling techniques. Their works are similar to each other in this regard. However, the difference in the worldview and specific perception of each of these two authors of life and related issues in their fictional works has caused the stories of Behrangi and Moradi Kermani to differ from each other in terms of content, theme and message. The actions, conflicts, and characters in Behrangi's stories are based on Marxist thinking and are shaped towards the struggle against capitalism. Moradi Kermani emphasizes the role of fate in the development of his fictional characters on the path to achieving individual happiness.
