Pollution discussions are the concerns that by growthing of populations is inevitable. From important and challenging world populations are oil pollutions and soil salinity problems. So, it need, for improving of life quality, peoples must choise methods with minimum harm about self and environment such as biological methods that about this subject, it can use adopted native microorganisms and by optimization of conditions for them, it can achieve better remediation that from the best weys to understanding measured of growths and activating of microorganisms is measuring of their respirations.respirations by HCl 0.1N . the usedsubstrare was glucose1%. In this study. The effect of salinity on base respiration and induced respiration in different salinity investigated.the results that earned from SPSS indicate exist positive significant relation tbetween basic respiration and indused respiration.
