Abstract

My subject and the other in the Arabic novel have progressed step by step along with other literary theories, and each image has received its own interpretation, but a permanent image remains in the minds, and that is the image of the gypsies. The image of the gypsy was limited to theaters, pubs and festivals, which included dancing and prostitution. Writers use this image because hiring a gypsy's face poses no social risk to writers and is not supported by any guild or union. But in the contemporary period, another image of the gypsy has been changed by writers in the East and the West, because the image of the gypsies was sometimes portrayed in the Nazi and oppressive camps, and sometimes in the political and social issues. Let us not forget that Gypsies have a very rich culture that many tribes are influenced by Gypsy culture in dressing, dancing, mythologizing and making all kinds of perfumes and spices that require any other researcher to read Gypsy literature. Also, their closed society and divided power, and Gypsy's past legacy can be important issues in literary criticism. This research intends to use another descriptive-analytical method to analyze and socially and psychologically examine the gypsy image in Arabic novels. vasini The novel "Heart of the Night" by Najib Mahfouz and the novel "The Curse of Kane" by Fawzi Al-Hinduawi and the novel "The Disorders of the Last Parable" by Jamal Naji. Consider the novels about the Gypsies and others in their lives. In the results of this research, we see that the authors mainly introduce the gypsies with the professions and occupations that they adopt, the authors in the gypsy image in terms of personality; They pay more attention to the female element than the male element, because the role of women in gypsy society is more colorful than men. The other is different according to the Gypsies and varies from period to period and they have never had a specific enemy and the authors in the descriptions of the Gypsies i
