Abstract
The style of simile is a new term in Persian rhetoric, Mohammad Reza Shafiei Kadkani used this term, which is the result of his linguistic and formalistic approach to allegory. It separates it from other types of images and separates what was previously called allegory or allegory from the realm of defining the style of the equation. Since concrete examples of simile style can also be seen in Arabic poetry, this research aims to introduce to the researchers of the Arab world with the comparative method by describing and analyzing this new expression technique in terms of structure and rhetorical and syntactic features, as well as the features of the language expressed by the formalists, so that in literary research, especially in the field of comparative literature, take advantage of it. In line with these goals, it seems that among the syntactic and rhetorical features of simile style, the elimination of the syntactic relationship is considered the most important feature in simile style, and for this reason, the scope of implicit simile is wider than that of simile style, because many examples of implicit simile Due to the syntactic relationship between the sides of the simile, they are out of the scope of the style of the equation. Therefore, it is better for Arabic language researchers to use the term simile style in examining this particular expressive technique so that it is not confused with other examples of implicit analogy. In addition to that, brevity, which is one of the tricks of formalists to defamiliarize, is achieved in the equation style by removing similes and moves the simile from the axis of association to the axis of substitution. Since the writer's speech on the axis of succession adds to the literary of his work, it can be said that the use of the equation style, can be one of the indicators of literary in the literary work.
