Abstract

The present study in Bushehr province, in this regard and with the aim of identifying the status of entrepreneurship indicators in the province and presenting programs and policies for entrepreneurship development in three phases has been done. In the first phase, to analyze the entrepreneurship indicators in the province, after reviewing different models, the Global Entrepreneurship Watch model was selected and then the collected information and their amount were calculated at the provincial level and at the level of all cities in the province. . The results show that in most indicators, the situation in the province is more unsuitable than in the country. The operational process of entrepreneurship in Bushehr province shows that compared to the total of entrepreneurial activities in Iran, we have 6% of voluntary exits from business. Therefore, the total net entrepreneurial activities in Iran is equal to 6%. In other words, about 6% of the adult population of the province are involved in various entrepreneurial activities in Iran. After a detailed analysis of the current situation, in the second phase, policy-making and presentation of the entrepreneurship development plan was initiated. Based on this, the development of innovation and entrepreneurship culture among citizens, improving the business environment of the province and empowering entrepreneurial manpower and developing cooperation networks were presented as strategies that can help improve and develop entrepreneurship in the province. With each package, the necessary executive measures were prepared. In the third phase, in order to help decision makers for managers, compare indicators in different cities with the average of the country, review the trend of indicators in the cities of the province over time, store data and results , The ability to report and exploit results is designed by the specific audience of a management dashboard (BI)
