In the new era, knowledge management has become one of the most important tasks of organizations that are trying to make the most of their valuable capital. Thus, in the last decade, knowledge has attracted a lot of attention as intangible capital. The importance of organizational social capital is because it brings together individuals who work together to successfully complete the work and create a sense of solidarity through trust and cooperation. In this research, the effect of knowledge management and social capital on economic and financial performance of South and South Pars gas and oil projects has been investigated using multivariate regression method in the first six months of the year. The statistical population is the experts of South Pars Oil and Gas Company and Sadra Industrial Park. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between knowledge management in the dimensions of knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge absorption, knowledge organization, knowledge dissemination, application of knowledge, as well as social capital in the dimensions of structure, communication and cognitive with financial and economic performance.
