Introduction
Leila Hajjari is a lecturer at Persian Gulf University of Bushehr, Iran where she has been a faculty member of the department of English Language and Literature since 2007. She has been teaching several courses namely short story, novel, literary schools, literary criticism, simple poetry and simple prose to name a few. She has been selected as the top teacher in 2010. She has been the head of English Language and Literature Student Association since 2012. She has completed both her B.A. and M.A. studies at Shiraz University where she has been the top student. At present she is a Ph.D. student at Razi University of Kermanshah, Iran majoring in English Literature. She is a Ph.D. candidate in English Literature at Cordoba University of Spain as well. Her research interests lie in the areas of modern and postmodern fictions mostly 20th and 21th century novels and short story, postcolonial literary criticism, film adaptations, comparative literature, feminism and women studies. She is the author or coauthor of several national and international refereed journals and several conference contributions. She is able to speak in several languages; Persian, English, French, and Spanish.
