چکیده

Microorganisms are microscopic photosynthesis organisms found both in saline waters and in freshwater. Microalgae are used as live food in aquaculture for the production of bivalves in the larval stage of the ears of fish, crabs and some species of fish and zooplanktons in the live food sector. Medicinal supplements derived from microorganisms include compounds such as beta-carotene, astaxanthin, unsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), such as DHA and EPA, as well as polysaccharides such as dominant beta-glucans, which have an important market. The dominant micro-algae species are found in economic products including Isocuria, Causticus, Cholorilla, Arthrospira (Spirulina) and Donaliello. This review focuses on the benefits of microalgae to control the increased demand for such non-exploratory natural resources in the economic and industrial sectors.
