This paper addresses the problem of time-consuming and long-term encryption of fractal image compression methods. A feature of this classification is the 6 indicators of the edge image blocks, which include the number of edge pixels, the ratio between Edge pixels and all edge pixels, mean and variance of the horizontal and vertical coordinates of the edge pixels. In this paper, primary and secondary image blocks of the fuzzy pattern are used. The results of the experiments validate this method in increasing the speed of the fractal encryption process and maintaining the quality of decoded image.
