The industrial sector is one of the most important economic sectors. Also, this sector in the light of strong relationships with other sectors, has an important role in economic growth and productivity in other sectors. This study investigate the process and results of the factors affecting labor productivity in the industrial sector, in the period 1992 to 2011 with the case of Bushehr Province. The results show that in the province mentioned from 2004 onwards the labor productivity is increasing in the industrial sector. In addition, factors such as unemployment and the output gap have a negative effect and capital factor has a significant and positive effect on productivity. Other studies indicate that decisions between workers of the industrial sector will change despite the rise in inflation and probably is reduced willing to work with them.
