According to the globalization, change has gained importance in the organization. Therefore, organizations should be prepared to cope with the rapid environmental changes. Change process occurs by various factors in any organization. In this study, we are looking for a model to assess the impact of job attitudes on change in organization. This research is a qualitative research in respect of data nature. By putting the findings of various researches side by side and combining them in a way that they compose the basis of this research, we have performed a mainly descriptive research. In this paper, after reviewing researches both inside and outside the country were presented conceptual model. The conceptual model suggests that job attitudes have three components of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and dependence and the three components are affecting on the organizations change. Finally, a strategy is provided to better acceptance of change in organizations. In this article, it becomes clear that if the staffs care about their relationships within the organization, they like your job duties and to be emphasized their views, change in organizations is easier.
