Emissions from fossil fuels and other human activities are a threat to the rise in global temperatures. Changes in weather patterns may disrupt the environment and human activities, and the atmosphere is a global public good, thus reducing greenhouse gas emissions in each country, the interests of the outside world. The study variables energy consumption, financial development, foreign direct investment and per capita income on Environmental Quality (carbon dioxide emissions) in selected countries of oil structure (Iran, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Algeria, Indonesia, Bahrain and Nigeria) using panel data model and estimate the weighted least squares method over the period 2014-1980 is examined using software Eviews
