Productivity is one of the indicators that can capture the role of all factors involved in the production process of goods and services at different levels of micro and macro, hence an appropriate indicator for evaluating performance in different domains and here in the field of management. Regarding the above, the research responds to the impact of stressors and crisis management on the productivity of South Pars employees. The results of the research showed that the crisis management components had a positive and significant effect on the productivity of managers and staff of the South Pars special region. Since this study has not been studied, this is a new result obtained in this study. On the other hand, job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee productivity.
