چکیده

One of the most prominent features of the present age is the dramatic and continuous transformation that has emerged in terms of thinking, ideology, social values, methods of doing things, and many other phenomena of life. The present study is designed to identify the factors affecting the creativity and innovation of employees and managers of Bushehr Distribution Company in 1395. Considering the fact that electricity distribution company as a dynamic organization has changed and transformed in various management and organizational aspects of the agenda, recognizing the effective factors of creativity and innovation of the staff of this organization is an indispensable necessity and a necessary and necessary step. The statistical population of this study is employees of Bushehr Distribution Company, which is about 101 people. To obtain sample size, 82 samples of Cochran sample size were selected. According to Cronbach's alpha coefficient, the questionnaires were highly reliable. The results showed that there is no significant difference between individual and organizational factors influencing creativity and innovation of employees and managers of Bushehr Distribution Company. Also, the mood among the individual factors of creativity and organizational structure among the organizational factors of creativity is of paramount importance. Knowledge and knowledge of employees among the individual factors of innovation and organizational structure among organizational factors of innovation are of the highest importance.
