Abstract

Background: The re-entrepreneur, as a person who has gone through one or more failure experiences in the entrepreneurial path and returns to the entrepreneurial cycle, can have a great impact on the country's economy. Many people experience failure on the way to a successful business, and finally, all their financial and intellectual capital, as well as the valuable experience they have gained along the way, remain fruitless. For this reason, their return to entrepreneurship both activates stagnant funds and increases the probability of success of people in new business to a great extent, and by increasing the rate of entrepreneurship, employment and also higher turnover for the economy is achieved. Aim: The purpose of the current research is to identify and rank the failure factors of entrepreneurs, as well as measure the returnability of entrepreneurs based on the failure factors, and finally determine the location of the most important and challenging failure factors of technology businesses in Bushehr province. Methodology: The current research has an inductive approach in terms of implementation logic. This research is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of quantitative-qualitative nature and in terms of descriptive-survey data collection method. This research was defined in four steps, which were extracted in the first step after reviewing the literature and choosing the basic research model (factors of business failure). In the second step, the questionnaire was completed by the three mentioned groups and the failure factors were ranked by the Shannon method. In the third stage, the second questionnaire was completed by 12 experts and ranked by the best, worst Bayesian method of reversibility of failure factors, and finally, in the fourth stage, by drawing the importance matrix, the position of the factors was determined and displayed in spss. The statistical sample for the second phase of the research includes 50 entrepreneurs who have experienced failure,
