The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of gamma radiation on growth and hematological parameters of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) larvae. In this research, Rainbow trout of eggs were irradiated by low (1, 2.5, 5Gy) and high doses (10, 20, 40 Gy) of gamma radiation. After 90 days, the growth and survival eggs and blood parameters of larvae was investigated. The result showed the negative effects of a gamma ray, as the increase in levels of radiation caused a significant decrease in the growth and survival of all treatments. Eggs exposed dose 40 Gy of gamma radiation, destroyed.
