In this paper, a hybrid vehicle called the flying hovercraft is designed. Due to the low efficiency of hovercraft, its use in many areas has been abolished. But due to the use of hovercraft in marine areas that are faced with limited draft, its use is justified, although with low efficiency. In this article by adding wings, new applications have been added to the service and its characteristics and applications are discussed. Design parameters are obtained based on relations for designing hovercraft and aircraft. Among the parameters provided, the air discharge pressure, flow and speed of the exhaust air, the area of the hole on the hovercraft skirts, wing area, and the size of the nozzle and so on.
