چکیده

This studywas conducted was to evaluate the seasonal accumulation of heavy metals, iron, cadmium and nickel In muscle and liver Bartail Flathead (Platycephalus indicus) The fishing port in the region deylam. A total of 60 fish samples during four seasons (n = 15 samples per season, 1393-1394) purchased from local fishermen and then transferred to the laboratory The biometric were. Muscle and liver tissue samples were dried in an oven. And after the powder samples of 10 ml for digestion, hydrochloric acid and concentrated nitric acid at a ratio of 5/7 to 5/2 was used. Chemical analysis of samples was performed using atomic absorption. For statistical analysis of data Pearson correlation test, T-test and ANOVA test was used to compare the treatments and In the event of significant , multiple comparisons were performed with the help of Tukey test. The tests were performed in software Spss 15.0 (p<0/05). One way ANOVA showed that the iron concentration in muscle tissue In the spring significantly greater than the iron concentration the muscle during the winter. Also, The Pearson correlation index for the data showed That between the total length and weight of the fish, there is a significant positive relationship with the accumulation of iron, So that by increasing the total length and weight of the fish increases the amount of iron in the liver. The amount of nickel in muscle tissue relative to the weight of the fish also showed a significant positive correlation. But The amount of nickel in liver tissue than the total length and weight of fish showed a significant negative correlation, So that With Increasing the total length and weight of the amount of nickel in the liver decreased. T-test results in this study show, Between the liver and muscle of metal concentrations there are significant differences, So that All metals concentrations were higher in liver tissue than muscle tissue.
