Within the framework of green chemistry, solvents occupy a strategic place.A new family of green solvents is deep eutectic solvents(DESs), a eutectic mixture with amelting point lower than 100 ?C [1-2]. These DESs exhibit similar physico-chemical properties to thetraditionally used ionic liquids, while being much cheaper and environmentally friendlier. Owingto these remarkable advantages, DESs are now of growing interest in many fields of research.Amide bonds have been ubiquitously found in the scaffolds of pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, polymers, etc [3-4]. Synthesis of amides in DESs,instead of less environmentally friendly organic solvents, can be interesting since most of these solvents are not toxic and are also recyclable.
