Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are a large group of bacteria in the plant rhizosphere that can increase plant growth and yield by multiple mechanisms. In this study, in order to monitor plant growth stimulating traits, 22 isolates of Fluorescent pseudomonads isolated from the rhizosphere of Wheat and barley in Bushehr province were studied for production of bacterial siderophore,Hydrogen cyanide and inorganic phosphate solubilization ability.
