Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI3) has emerged as a transformative force in human resource management (HRM4), disrupting traditional practices and increasing efficiency in recruitment, employee engagement, performance appraisal, and workforce planning. This systematic review aims to analyze the integration of AI into HRM, examining its benefits, challenges, and ethical considerations. Integrating recent research, this study emphasizes the role of AI-based automation, predictive analytics, and bias reduction strategies that help improve HRM processes. In addition, the implications of AI adoption on workforce adaptability, regulatory frameworks, and the future of HRM are examined. The findings of this study provide valuable insights into the evolving role of AI in HRM and provide recommendations for organizations that intend to implement AI responsibly, while maintaining a human-centric approach.
